Habitat’s Hard Hat & Black Tie Dinner and Auction Raises $207,000 to Increase Building Capacity

Hat’s off to everyone who attended Habitat’s Hard Hat & Black Tie Dinner and Auction on Friday, October 21. Over 300 people filled the Heritage Ballroom at The Governor Hotel and grooved to 1930s tunes, enjoyed dinner and tastings from Oregon’s top wineries and breweries and, of course, celebrated 30 years of Habitat building homes in the Portland Metro area.

“It was an amazing evening,” said Steve Messinetti.” It was so great to see our community come together, and we couldn’t ask for a better group of people to celebrate with than our Habitat supporters.”
The evening was a huge success, raising $207,000 toward building more homes for hardworking, low-income families in our community. A special thanks to The Campbell Group for underwriting this event, and to everyone who attended.
