Take a day to get out of the office and into the community! Team Builders is designed especially for corporate groups
to come together for a day of team building and house building with Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East.
This combination of volunteer hours and a financial donation doubles your group’s impact toward our mission of providing affordable homeownership opportunities in the Portland and Metro East area.
By the end of a Team Builders day, your group will be connected with each other, and with the community, in a truly unique way. The satisfaction that comes from working with your hands will leave your group motivated and exhilarated.
Two-Story Team Builder, 20-30 participants
$3,500 donation includes:
- Lunch provided for all participants.
- A day of building a Habitat for Humanity house (construction lessons included).
- Designated Site Leader.
- Team Builder T-shirt for everyone.
- Habitat for Humanity keepsake item for everyone.
- Interview with a member of Habitat for Humanity management.
- Custom event scheduling.
- Your group’s day of service on our website, e-newsletter, and in our annual report.
- A photo of your group on-site, which is featured on our website.
One-Story Team Builder, 15-20 participants
$1,500 donation includes:
- Lunch provided for all participants.
- A day of building a Habitat for Humanity house (construction lessons included).
- Designated Site Leader.
- Habitat for Humanity keepsake item for everyone.
- Custom event scheduling.
- Your group’s day of service on our website, e-newsletter, and in our annual report.
More than 30 participants? Less than 20?
We have opportunities for groups with more than 30 participants or less than 20 participants available. Donations for such groups are customized according to group size. No previous construction experience is necessary– just a willingness for your group to work together as a team to help your community.
