Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East Construction

With our construction crew, homebuyers, and volunteers building 57 homes throughout North and Northeast Portland, we’re well underway to revitalizing Portland’s neighborhoods with more affordable home options, block by block.

Interstate & Kilpatrick

We’ve just begun framing the first floor of 12 homes in the Kenton neighborhood of North Portland. In what will be a total 30 condominiums, phase I consists of a dozen permanently affordable homes for new homeowners seeking a stable place to call home.

Having just broke ground in May, we’ve made swift progress in building this 12-home community in the heart of the Portsmouth neighborhood. With roofs in place, we’re moving into interior work; installing drywall and insulation for optimal energy efficiency.

The 15 homes of Cully Place are starting to show signs of when a house becomes a home. Interior work, including: drywall, insulation, and flooring are setting the stage for final touches that will be done just in time for our Home Dedication on December 7th.

We can’t wait to come together with everyone who’s made building these homes possible. Please join us in celebrating local families and individuals in moving into their brand new homes in Northeast Portland. RSVP today
