West Lake Grove

16858 Boones Ferry Road, Lake Oswego

West Lake Grove is located in the Lake Grove neighborhood of Lake Oswego. This future neighborhood will have 23 affordable homes in 6 buildings ranging from 2 to 7 homes in each building. Homes will be 3 or 4 bedrooms.  

Twenty Fifth Terrace

2401 SW Taylors Ferry Road, Portland 

Twenty Fifth Terrace is located in the well-established Markham neighborhood of SW Portland. It has a suburban feel despite its density and proximity to downtown Portland and is close to several parks. It has easy access to Interstate 5 and Pacific Highway and is a 10-minute walk to public transit.

Century Commons

SE Century Boulevard, Hillsboro

Habitat for Humanity is proud to be building 18 new, affordable homes in Hillsboro’s Reedville neighborhood. The neighborhood will feature 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes as well as 4 single level ADA ready homes. Century Commons will be built in two phases with 7 homes in phase 1 and 11 homes in phase 2. 

Foster Commons

13445 SE Foster Road, Portland

Located on the corner of SE Foster Road, Habitat for Humanity’s Foster Commons is a 40-home community nestled in a residential area with ADA ready homes and family-sized townhomes.

Alder Commons

SE Larch Court and 13th Avenue, Hillsboro

Alder Commons is located on Larch Court and 13th Avenue near TV Highway in Hillsboro. The property will include eight 3- and 4-bedroom, 2-story houses with single car garages.

Oak Row

SE Oak Street Between Burnside and Stark streets, Portland

Habitat for Humanity is excited to be partnering with West Coast Home Solutions to offer 11 affordable homes for sale in the Rockwood neighborhood. This community will feature 2-bedroom, 3-story townhomes along with a small greenspace and playground.
